How Long: 7 weeks on Monday evenings (ends Monday March 3 rd )

Each of these seven evenings will address a different Chakra and will include :

* Discussion on the relevant Chakra

* Visualization

*Music, movement and dance to enhance the balance of the Chakra

*Relaxation techniques, visualization and group sharing

-Please wear comfortable clothing & bring a blanket for relaxation techniques

Cost : $195 for all seven evenings or pay $30 for the individual sessions you attend.

Benjamin is a graduate of Reiki Master Lia Fantozzi of Argentina and has been practicing as a Reiki practitioner for over 12 years. He earned his degree as a Physical Therapist in Buenos Aires, Argentina and worked for many years in private practice, hospitals, trauma centers and ER's.

In 1995 he discovered Reiki, which ultimately changed his concept of healing. Benjamin has had great success working with psychiatrists combining clinical counseling with Reiki. Reiki is a harmonizing energy transmitted through the hands of a channel (the practitioner) that has reached the attunement. A person that receives Reiki simply feels better afterwards. Reiki healing is gentle, non-invasive and beneficial at any time, for any given condition. The constant use of this energy allows a balanced development of one's potential at every level.
