Fresh Wipes, Reflexology lotion, a pillow, 2 Tennis Balls, if possible, a portable reflexology chair. |
What To Wear: |
Comfortable clothes suitable for practical work. |

-Lunch: you can either bring your own lunch or enjoy one of several healthy options. (Whole Foods, World Peace Cafe, etc.)
